It's that time of year! Your enthusiastic participation makes our job hosting the People's Choice Awards a lot of fun! Over the years, we have talked with a number of you about how to streamline the voting process. Based on your suggestions:

• Patrons, paying for admission to the festival, will be the only eligible voters. They will be given a booklet of ballots when they pay for their ticket. These ballots will be combined into a booklet for all patrons to carry with them while sampling your products

• Each category will have a separate ballot. (i.e., all green sauce on one ballot, all red sauce on one ballot, etc.) A box, next to your company's name and the name of your product will be listed on the ballot. A "?" in the box will designate their choice.

• Once they are ready to cast their votes, patrons must present their admission ticket to the People's Choice Award table to cast their ballots for their favorite products.

• Each ballot has a corresponding box for the votes for their favorite yummy products! We will be available to assist them if they have any problems or questions.

We hope this voting process will give you information that will help you promote your products that are really "HOT" with the public. We will need your Entry Form with your list of products/ appropriate categories no later than September 8, 2007. Entries received after this date, will not be included on the ballots - no exceptions. In an effort to make your entry process as convenient as possible, feel free to:
