This form must be printed and returned to the Houston Hot Sauce Festival. Exhibitors/vendors cannot have propane under the covered arena at the Houston Farm and Ranch Club, One Abercrombie St, Houston, TX 77084 at any time the weekend of September 19 - 21, 2008. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor to comply with all Fire Marshall laws - in particular the fire extinguisher regulations. Anyonebreaking the Fire Marshall laws will be subject to a $500.00 to $2,000.00 fine.

Release of Liability/Hold Harmless:

Release of Liability/Hold Harmless: Exhibitor releases sponsor from any and all injury, liability, loss or damage that may occur to property or self, while on the premises. Insurance must be placed and paid for by the Exhibitor/Vendor. The festival organizers reserve the right to ask an Exhibitor/Vendor to leave the grounds if the regulations and rules are not kept, and refunds will not be made to the Exhibitor/Vendor in this case. Exhibitor assumes total liability due to non-compliance of City of Houston Health and Human Services Department and/or City of Houston Fire Marshall laws at the Houston Hot Sauce Festival, September 19 - 21, 2008 at the Houston Farm and Ranch Club, One Abercrombie Drive, Houston, TX 77084. Exhibitor is responsible for any actions and/or fines imposed on the Houston Hot Sauce Festival on Exhibitors behalf and agrees to pay any fines imposed for such violations. Exhibitor, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless HotStuff, Inc. dba Houston Hot Sauce Festival for any action or liability which may arise from the event.
